At BumWo Academy, we offer remote English and French language programs designed for students and professionals who want to strengthen their language skills and officially certify their level.
1. Levels of education
  • Our academic plan ranges from A1 to B2.
  • The minimum goal is for each student to reach level B1.
  • Depending on their performance, commitment, and results in mock exams, students may reach level B2 and obtain the corresponding certification.
2. Certifications
  • We prepare students for international exams such as TOEFL, IELTS, APTIS, TCF, DELF, and TEF Canada.
  • Certifications are issued solely by official entities.
  • BumWo Academy does not guarantee a specific result, but provides all the necessary tools to optimize student performance.
3. Teaching method
  • Live, online classes taught by qualified teachers.
  • Small group sessions and personalized activities based on the plan you choose.
  • A communicative approach that integrates listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
4. Learning community
  • Those over the age of 18 can access our Discord community, where they will find additional materials, spaces for interaction, and collaborative support.
  • Minors receive support only through the virtual classroom and official resources.
5. Assistance and rescheduling
  • The schedule is defined at the time of enrollment and must be followed punctually.
  • Absences without notice are considered missed classes.
  • Sessions are not cumulative or transferable.
  • The BumWo Academy model is aimed at committed students who respect the agreed schedules and maintain consistency in their training.
6. Proof of enrollment

At the end of the course, or upon request, students will receive an official certificate of the hours of study completed at the academy.

7. Payments and contract
  • The fees, payment methods, and schedule are provided before the program begins.
  • Enrollment requires signing an Educational Services Agreement, which details rights and obligations.
  • Payments are made exclusively through secure electronic means.
8. Privacy and personal data
  • Personal information is managed in accordance with our Privacy and Data Processing Policy.
  • Students may request that their data be updated or deleted at any time.
9. Guarantees and refunds
  • All students receive an initial diagnostic class to identify their level and set goals.
  • In cases of dissatisfaction or serious service failures, the situation will be evaluated in accordance with the contract to determine rescheduling or compensation.
  • Refunds are not automatic and are considered on a case-by-case basis as stipulated in the contract.
