This service policy aims to clearly describe the terms and conditions of our language training programs for both adults and children, ensuring transparency, structure, and mutual commitment.
Language Learning Plans
Adult Programs
Service Description
Duration: 1 semester per language level.
Options:
Fluency Path: Levels A1 to B1.
Master Path: Levels A1 to B2.
Payments: Paid in full or in installments through Bold payment links (managed by Rosa Pérez and provided only through official channels).
Platform: Live classes via Discord (for adults only).
Benefits
Preparation for international exams: IELTS, TOEFL, APTIS, DELF, DALF, and TEF.
Certificate of study hours issued by Bumwo.
Small study groups with a maximum of 6 students per class.
Conditions
Students may recover one missed class per week by joining another group, with a maximum of 7 students in the receiving group.
Students must have a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection to actively participate.
No refunds are available, to ensure student commitment and the highest quality service.
Children Programs
Service Description
Duration: 1 year per language level.
Payment: Individual payment per level.
Platform: Live classes delivered on platforms other than Discord, designed for children.
Benefits
Progressive language learning adapted to the age and level of the student.
Small study groups with a maximum of 6 students.
Communication with the responsible guardian regarding attendance and progress.
Conditions
Students may recover one missed class per week, under the same conditions as adult programs.
The designated guardian will be the official contact for administrative and payment notifications.
No refunds apply.
Student Responsibilities
Provide the necessary tools and equipment (computer, camera, microphone, and internet connection).
Join classes punctually according to the schedule.
Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior within learning platforms.
Bumwo Responsibilities
Guarantee the academic quality of live classes.
Provide small groups for personalized learning.
Prepare and guide students for international exams, offering ongoing academic support.
Issue certificates of study hours upon program completion.
Code of Conduct and Platform Usage
Discord is used exclusively for adult students within Bumwo’s official servers.
Spam, sharing external links, or disrespect toward teachers and peers is strictly prohibited.
For children, only secure and authorized platforms approved by Bumwo will be used.
